Terms of Service
Last updated: July 5, 2026
1. Service Description
Creator Content Planner helps creators prepare short product video workflows, captions, hashtags, video files, and posting packages for TikTok affiliate content. When authorized by a TikTok user, the app may use TikTok's official APIs to upload draft videos or publish videos to that user's TikTok account.
2. User Authorization
You must authorize the app through TikTok OAuth before the app can access TikTok posting features on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or publish complies with TikTok's terms, community guidelines, advertising rules, and affiliate program requirements.
3. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights clearance of all product information, images, audio, captions, hashtags, and videos that you create, upload, or publish using this app. Do not use the app to upload infringing, misleading, harmful, or unlawful content.
4. TikTok API Use
The app uses TikTok APIs only after user authorization. TikTok may restrict, reject, review, moderate, or remove content according to its own policies. The app does not guarantee that any video will be published, remain available, or receive any views, clicks, orders, or commissions.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
You are responsible for including any required affiliate, sponsored, paid partnership, product claim, or advertising disclosures in your TikTok content.
6. Availability
The app is provided as-is. Features may change or stop working if TikTok changes its API, if tokens expire, if an app review is required, or if a third-party service is unavailable.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and revoke TikTok authorization through your TikTok account settings. The app owner may disable access if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are detected.
